Strike up the band at 10:00 a.m. with an hour long parade, an award winning Drum and Bugle Corp from Rochester, NY. Other great bands include the Penn Dixie Band, Owego Free Academy Marching Band, Kirby Band, and the Maine Community Band. The parade includes floats, clowns, marching units, Kalurah Temple motorized display, miniature train, horse units, and antique cars, plus much more. It’s one of the best parades in the Southern Tier!

The Festival Parade route starts at Main Street to Court to Front to Paige and back to Main.

Plan to join in on the fun as we set a NEW GUINESS WORLD RECORD WHEN WE CREATE THE LONGEST CONGA LINE. Follow the last float in the parade (WEBO’s Float), and dance to the “Celebrate” song!
